Born in New York, this fast paced, quick witted woman knew a long time ago that she possessed a gift. The gift is her uncanny ability to view your obstacles as adventures - as she holds your hand to take new risks and break barriers you have only dreamed of. After moving to Los Angeles Rheena graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCLA. From there she endeavored to learn all she could about finances, knowing this would be a crucial element to the success of her life, she became a licensed financial planner with American Express Financial Advisors. After extensive training on the different aspects of financial planning she was given a wonderful opportunity to go into the field of mortgage.
Rheena has worked hands on with hundreds of sales consultants, executives, and business owners. Her ability to communicate, empower, and provide a positive work environment has enabled her to hone her skills as a successful manager, mentor, and friend. Through this journey came the search for her life's passion. She created FLY because the money and spending meant nothing and acted only as a quick fix to the lack of fulfillment she felt inside. She knew that life had a bigger mission in store for her. The essence of who Rheena embodies is featured in everything that FLY is. FLY was created out of the love, dedication and passion Rheena has for everyone.
